My emails were answered quickly and completely. I very much appreciated that he was not "pushy" or a constant talker. My trade in Honda was valued at more than I expected which helped the decision process. This is my third Honda Civic and my second one bought from St. Cloud Honda. The CR-V has a number of factors going for it why it is the compact SUV to choose. Scott and Brian (and Josh) where forthright and informative. Would buy a vehicle from Luther Honda again. More
