I brought my truck in for an oil change and a car wash and a battery change the oil was not changed and the truck pulled to the right after I got it out and it took all day long to get my truck and I brou and a battery change the oil was not changed and the truck pulled to the right after I got it out and it took all day long to get my truck and I brought it first thing in the morning and then on top of that there was a missing piece that was missing that I had to rebuy to replace to cover the corner piece hinge of the hood that was missing afterwards and the truck motor is missing and shaking and the brakes seem to work harder and the engine is hesitating a lot on takeoff it was very horrible experience. I think I offended Josh at the counter. Other than that purchasing this vehicle everybody else was helpful and wanted to help me until the first time I needed service routine maintenance and to check on that battery. Nobody got back with me after I had complained. Thanks for listening thanks for hearing me. The brakes seem to be very slow to respond as well and the vehicle pulls to the right now and it used to stay straight and they notified me 10 minutes before they close that the vehicle was done for a battery change that went out within 2 months of my purchase of the vehicle which I had to pay for the labor and the battery and was I guess not under warranty and the oil doesn't look like it was even changed when I checked it this morning and the motor shakes and I had to walk and run as fast as I can to get there within 10 minutes before they closed it was a horrible experience. Very dissatisfied and disappointed it's not even the same vehicle that I had purchased More
