Since new service manager took over, I feel like a
number. He doesn't have 2 mins to spare to talk to me.
Radiator replaced = $3,700 for a radiator replacement. 3 weeks later, 'new' collant leak. M

Radiator replaced = $3,700 for a radiator replacement. 3 weeks later, 'new' collant leak. Made an appointment waited 3 hours and they wanted $1,500 for an upper radiator hose replacement. Highway robbery.
I had a local mechanic do the hose replacement - total cost: $500. It took 2 hours. BMW of Sarasota quoted the job at 3.8 hours. They lie about the amount of time a job will take.
And BTW, there is a 3% unchanged if you use a credit card. Seriously, your margins (more than 100% on parts) and the labor is not enough?

Josh Cash is the most disrespectful person I have ever
met. Other than calling my advisor “an idiot from Chevy”…. He also called the technicians in the back “xxxxxxx.” This is after they told me the engin

He also called the technicians in the back “xxxxxxx.” This is after they told me the engine mount collapsed after 2 months from being replaced. I questioned them about it and he said he would get somebody that’s good to check it the next day. Weird that one day I’m being asked to pay over $1000 and the next day the engine mount is fine. I get mistakes happen in the back but this experience was unacceptable. I will never be back because of Josh. My advisor is a great person and handled the situation extremely professionally even if Josh thinks he is an idiot.
