Worst experience ever at a service center. Over a 2 hour wait for them even to start looking at vehicle when I had a scheduled appointment. Ridiculous! Having my vehicle serviced at BMW of Sarasota is always a pleasure. From the moment I was greeted by the valet team, I felt valued and taken care of. The service advisor's are always welcoming and helpful, a pleasure. From the moment I was greeted by the valet team, I felt valued and taken care of. The service advisor's are always welcoming and helpful, and they thoroughly understand my vehicle’s needs and concerns. The certified BMW technician conducts a multi-point video inspection, detailing any issues with the vehicle. To top it off, they end the service with a really good car wash. I highly recommend BMW Sarasota to my friends and family. More

I really do love my car, but they have not once, but twice given away my car to a stranger (or given me a stranger's car) after service. There's a serious problem there. NayColl and Pete wasted my time twice over a simple panel on the side of the passenger seat. Pete promised a loner which he didn't deliver. I came in to drop it off. I had other appointments that day. He wan on the side of the passenger seat. Pete promised a loner which he didn't deliver. I came in to drop it off. I had other appointments that day. He wanted me to wait 2 or 3 hours to get it fixed. Offered a ride home. I wasn't going home had a few things to do. Got a sick wife who can't be driving ne around. Still need the panel. Waiting for mr cash to call to arrainge a home visit by your service guys. Never heard from Cameron. Why didn't he call instead of Pete or NayColl? My wife suggested i sell the car back to you which I am considering. More
