To say the least, my experience in working with Conor Jameson at Ken Garff Honda blew all the others away. He listened and understood that I was doing due diligence in order to make the best decision and did not pressure me with meeting every manager in the building or trying to set up follow up contacts or appointments. When I ultimately decided on a Ridgeline truck, then found a low mileage used vehicle on their lot after looking at new models, Conor pivoted with my decision without hesitation. From that point it was a pleasure to work 90% of the deal and paperwork with Conor and not be handed off to the "real" sales and finance people. I've already recommended Ken Garff to a co-worker and will continue to share my experience with others in the market for a new vehicle. Well done Conor and Ken Garff Honda- you got it right! More
