Born and raised in Fontana, CA, I’ve spent the last 10 years in the automotive industry and the past seven years with Hyundai of Palm Springs. I began my career at Big O Tires and worked my way up to becoming a full flat-rate technician with Hyundai. After a major motorcycle accident limited me physically, I discovered my true passion in becoming a Service Advisor. My background as a technician gives me strong technical insight, allowing me to translate customer concerns into clear direction for our technicians. I take pride in building long-lasting relationships with my clients and creating a service experience where they feel heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. Many customers have shared that my professionalism, empathy, and consistency are why they continue to service their vehicles with us. Outside of work, I bowl professionally with the PBA, with 17 perfect 300 games and four 800 series—a lifelong passion that continues to drive my competitive spirit.

I’ll give credit where it’s due—Palm Springs Hyundai Service Department provided a loaner, detailed my car, and communication has improved significantly. I genuinely appreciate that. That said, I sim Service Department provided a loaner, detailed my car, and communication has improved significantly. I genuinely appreciate that. That said, I simply don’t trust the information I receive from them. I stay informed on my Hyundai Ioniq 5, and I keep running into the same issue: having to fight for obvious warranty repairs. There’s a clear pattern of minimizing or denying well-known problems. I’ve replaced my 12V battery four times. The latest failure—on a battery under two years old—was clearly tied to the widely known ICCU issue, yet I still had to pay out of pocket. Then the front radar sensor failed—another common issue. I was told it must have been caused by an accident that never happened in the 2.5 years I’ve owned the car. The radar failed randomly while driving to the grocery store. Not due to an accident. I had already brought the car in four times for faulty highway drive assist and was told every time that it had been inspected and nothing was wrong. Only after the radar completely failed—and after pushing back that I was never in an accident—was it replaced under warranty. Unsurprisingly, that fixed everything. Before that, I was instructed to file an insurance claim for damage that I had never caused, and turned out to not be anything related to the radar’s failure. That’s the real issue: why is it always a battle? Customers shouldn’t have to argue or prove they’re not lying just to get known issues covered. It feels like warranty work is avoided whenever possible in favor of pushing costs onto the customer. If I didn’t know this vehicle as well as I do, and I didn’t continue to argue with them, I have no doubt I would have paid thousands for repairs that were never my responsibility to begin with. More

Josh crushed it today as the lone service advisor on a slammed weekend—managing three techs and a packed lobby while staying cool as a cucumber. He remembered my name from the start, juggled phones polite slammed weekend—managing three techs and a packed lobby while staying cool as a cucumber. He remembered my name from the start, juggled phones politely, and kept everything moving smoothly despite the chaos. He even found a missing BMW key that had everyone else stumped, and jumped in to help the sales staff call Oscar when things got hectic. Somehow he solved problems for multiple people at once while making each customer feel genuinely looked after. Understaffed and under pressure, Josh never lost his friendly, professional edge. He’s exactly who you want handling your car—and the reason I’ll definitely be back! More

Disappointed in $20 increase for oil change, apparently since Indigo took over. Also my invoice did not reflect the $100 cash payment on my final bill, only the balance that I paid using a credit card. I since Indigo took over. Also my invoice did not reflect the $100 cash payment on my final bill, only the balance that I paid using a credit card. I do not know who Jedidiah is but Josh was very helpful. Appreciated the shuttle service as well as the car wash that I normally take advantage of. Still find your hourly labor charge is outrageous! More
