Unfortunately, Mark was on vacation when I took delivery. However, Derek Blood stepped in without skipping a beat and made me feel as though we had been working together on this for a long time. He is very knowledgeable about the leasing process and the electronics of the Rav4 Hybrid. He spent quality time with me going through the ins and outs of the electronics of the car, setting up various apps and functions of the car while explaining everything. I would feel very comfortable asking him for a mini refresher at anytime - which he offered. Josh Cousino, in finance, thoroughly explained each aspect of the leasing process, answered questions or found the answer. I always appreciate a person saying, 'I am not sure, let me find out."
