Painless and professional I generally hate buying a car. Haggling with sales people, all of the paperwork and the general inconvenience of it all. Not so with Heritage. First, I generally hate buying a car. Haggling with sales people, all of the paperwork and the general inconvenience of it all. Not so with Heritage. First, I had done some research and had zeroed in on a couple of different models, which helped. But I was still blown away at how friendly and low-key the sales effort was. The sales person I dealt with was professional and warm. And although the paperwork can’t really be minimized, the business agent was also personable and made the process move along very smoothly. Of course, it helped that Heritage has an incredible inventory with a lot of choices. All in all, I think I have found my dealership for life. More

Liz asked the right questions and was attentive to my answers regarding the sort of vehicle I was looking for. She was patient, clear and thorough in explaining various options. What I most appreciated was her eventual suggestion of a vehicle that fell outside the parameters of what I thought I wanted... but proved to be exactly the right car for me. 7th Tundra since 2008! Eleni sold them all to me. Heritage Toyota is my local dealership and Eleni has always been my salesperson! I'm a loyal customer and send friends to Eleni as well. She can be tough to understand at times, especially when it comes to negotiations, but I always leave feeling good about the deal. It is more than a price for me. I want to know that if I need help that she would be there for me. I feel that way about her and the entire dealership. I was very surprised to have my payment go down from what we agreed to because of a premium interest rate and possibly some Toyota loyalty program. Josh Cousino did my paperwork and it was quick and painless. I lease my trucks and generally trade every 2 years or so and the Tundra is a special type of vehicle because of it's high resale value. I guess I am lucky to be able usually trade without having to pay a lot out of pocket. I guess I should also thank Ryan Denecker, the guy behind the desk who writes the big checks for my trade ins. I think he knows that I don't work my trucks too hard and they will likely get top dollar for them once they are cleaned and tuned up! Overall, I am very pleased to be a customer of Heritage Toyota. I know that I will be taken care of when I come in for service too! Tom Kulhowvick has been there for years and is happy to help me there too! Thank you!! I love my new truck. More
