Pleasant and productive. Derek Blood was my sales consultant and I found him to be a joy to deal with. He listened to me with great interest. I was insistent that I wanted to Derek Blood was my sales consultant and I found him to be a joy to deal with. He listened to me with great interest. I was insistent that I wanted to get a new white Corolla Le. He was able to locate one for me and he had it on the lot in just a few days. He did not pressure me into getting one that was currently on the lot. I quoted him a ball park figure as to what I wanted my monthly payments to be and he got it to be even less. He took me for a road test and spent a lot of time with me explaining all the safety features and all the other perks. He is extremely knowledgeable and I did not feel silly asking questions. It is so nice to go into a dealership and not made to feel pressured and incompetent. I look forward to many years of satisfaction and joy working with Derek and the Toyota team at Heritage. More

I really wasnt sure what I wanted because I had an FJ Cruiser and loved it, but they arent making them anymore...He listened and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I had to be in a certain price range and i really wanted a particular color,interior, and make...he never gave up, he went to bat me and ultimately got it done. Its my first lease, and I am looking forward my new adventure...in my Rav4 Adventure!!! More

They worked with me to get the car I wanted.
