Left a less then favorable review based on my experience of 30 years in the industry and my recent service, I received a call from the service director Josh called to berate me telling me I should compare t of 30 years in the industry and my recent service, I received a call from the service director Josh called to berate me telling me I should compare the neighboring rates for service and I don't know what I'm speaking on. I have been using Elkins Chevy for over 10 years to service or company work trucks. They always do their best to get my trucks repaired ASAP so I can get the trucks back to the job sites so the company service or company work trucks. They always do their best to get my trucks repaired ASAP so I can get the trucks back to the job sites so the company can make money. I recently had a work truck with transmission issues that are under warranty; GM can't get Transmission for up to 3-4 months, which is not good for a small business that needs its trucks on the road, at job sites. Elkins Chevy, specifically Josh Elkins stepped up and made repairs on my spare truck for FREE, allowing me to keep on schedule with work and keep my people working and my customers happy. Elkins works with small local businesses to help them with their fleet vehicle repairs, and getting the repairs done ASAP. More

I'm giving this dealership a 5 star rating because this is the 3rd vehicle I've bought in 3 years from them. I brought my 2017 Silverado truck into service because the transmission and A/C weren't working. is the 3rd vehicle I've bought in 3 years from them. I brought my 2017 Silverado truck into service because the transmission and A/C weren't working. The service advisor, Santia Antrilli was instrumental in explaining my options and cost of repairs. Because of her, I decided to buy a 2026. Tony Dillard is a great sales representative. Third time buying from him. Got me approved and out with my new 2026 Colorado in no time. Well done! The Elkins family should be very proud of them. I give them my stamp of approval. More
