I never received a wheel lock key and had to purchase new lugs in order to have my tires replaced... They thought that providing free labor justified not providing me a key to begin with (which according to lugs in order to have my tires replaced... They thought that providing free labor justified not providing me a key to begin with (which according to management could not be verified since "they don't have me in the system")... I just brought the car LAST YEAR. Since I have my maintenance services provided elsewhere, providing continuous quality customer service is null and void... More
