I purchased the car by phone from Josh. It arrived at Bianchi within a week. As I drove up in a rental Josh was outside waiting for me with the car. He greeted me, called the rental agency It arrived at Bianchi within a week. As I drove up in a rental Josh was outside waiting for me with the car. He greeted me, called the rental agency to pick up the rental, took me for a test drive, reviewed the various features in the car., and took me to finance. All went smoothly. Since then I have contacted Josh several times by emai. He answered promptly and was quite helpful and friendly. More
