Just Say No While attempting a reasonable negotiation, I was continuously told, "We are not that kind of dealership." Beware. They are that kind of dealership. They are not upfront about how they price their cars and whether they will negotiate their prices. If you have zero intention of negotiating, just say so. do not waste my time. Their fees are high. $699 and $199. They absolutely low ball your trade in and then defend their numbers by telling you of all the work they will encounter sending your vehicle to auction. Very much unpleasant experience. More
