Michele was very helpful and extremely patient in helping me get my Explorer. When I went in, I told her I had now idea how long it would be before I’d be able to get a new car. She went over all the differ me get my Explorer. When I went in, I told her I had now idea how long it would be before I’d be able to get a new car. She went over all the different models and options and incentives. We’d touch base every so often over the next few months. When I had questions about the engine, she had a service manager come explain things to me. And when I was finally able to go ahead with the purchase, she made sure I got exactly what I wanted! More
