I needed a new battery and the scheduler with whom I spoke gave me an appointment two month from Joshua Gonzales, Service Advisor at Tamiami Hyundai. I needed a new battery and the scheduler with whom I spoke gave me an appointment two months out. Dissatisfied, I called Joshua because he has been so helpful in the past and he arranged a much earlier time. He is always very accommodating and professional. It is nice to know I have him available, if I need assistance. I am an 83 year old lady and he always treats me with much respect. He is an excellent employee whom I feel I can trust.
