I arrived before my appt. time and registered promptly. I waited for my vehicle for the oil change and a few added items that needed to be replaced. I was comfortable waiting at one of the tables. I was very impressed with how clean they keep the customer area. I do love this dealership. More

First time at dealership to get my car serviced for an oil change. It took 3 hours until completion with “no issues to report, I’m all set”.. so that was kinda long but still good. I was able to communicate with Laura about potentially trading in my truck, she helped me set up an appointment and gave me some potential selling figures, I appreciated her assistance!! I had a small fabric rip on the undercarriage of my Santa Cruz that is hanging down, kinda hoped they would adjust it or repair it for me slightly, but nope it’s not covered by warranty because it’s not mechanical, so I have to pay nearly half a grand to get it replaced..bummer. More
