In fairness, the service writer was dealing with my sub-par, 3rd party warranty company. This was a transmission replacement, and you had my truck for over 6 weeks. I was not stranded as you gave me a loaner. Probably put over 1,000 miles on it just going back and forth to work. Multiple messages left, including one for the service manager, were left unanswered. I understand that you were short staffed due to employees who were sick, but you still need coverage. I gave you 3 stars instead of 2 because I love the location, dealership, and the people...communication is key in this situation and that was a failure. This will not stop me from bringing my truck to Hawk Ford for service or prevent me from considering buying my next For from you. More
