Recently I had my Explorer at Hawk Ford for some major services issues. The experience was outstanding. Josh was my service advisor and he couldn't have been nicer. Great service. same day inspection and scheduled /completed repair. easy to pick up car as late as 7:30pm. Not to mention they worked with my aftermarket vehicle se same day inspection and scheduled /completed repair. easy to pick up car as late as 7:30pm. Not to mention they worked with my aftermarket vehicle service contract and got it all covered under my plan by calling on my behalf. Very happy with this location 100% will come back here. The oil change and service on my truck were standard but the customer service at the desk was exceptional. The advisor took extra time after my vehicle was complete to walk out to my car and troubleshoot an the customer service at the desk was exceptional. The advisor took extra time after my vehicle was complete to walk out to my car and troubleshoot an ongoing issue with me. He was able to fix the issue quickly, and an incredibly annoying issue was resolved. He could have told me to schedule another appointment, but by him taking the extra time to help, he saved me an entire day and another appointment. Thanks again!! More
