Terrible customer service in the service department. Every time I’ve gone to Hawk for my car to be serviced it’s been a terrible experience. No matter who’s at the desk they always look bothered to help Every time I’ve gone to Hawk for my car to be serviced it’s been a terrible experience. No matter who’s at the desk they always look bothered to help you super short with responses. The part that upsets me the most is the lack of communication. I always have to call them for updates. And I always wait at least 5 hours before I call. This will be the last time I come to this dealership. More
