The service that I received was really good. The only issue that I encountered was the "convenience fee that I was charged by a third party when I paid using the texted link with my billing. This was inappropriate and I instructed my credit card company to not pay the added $28.75 that I was charged above and beyond the charges for the service. I found this out when I arrived to pick up the truck and the actual charges were $28.75 less than what I had paid through the link and the girl at the counter informed me of this. More

Terrible customer service in the service department. Every time I’ve gone to Hawk for my car to be serviced it’s been a terrible experience.
