There seem to be poor communication between the service and the parts department that caused me to drop off thr truck on 2 separate days. There was no follow up calls until a complain was made to the manag and the parts department that caused me to drop off thr truck on 2 separate days. There was no follow up calls until a complain was made to the management team. In the end, they were able to find the cause of the problem, which was caused by a non-OEM part that I installed myself. Initially, by trying to save money, I ended up paying more in the end. I am giving 3 stars for DePaula being able to figure out rather complicated problem. However, the communication between departments needs some improvements. More
