As always, service was great. My car had an issue with the software update and took a day longer than expected, so Volvo paid for my rental. Josh and the entire service department are TRULY world class!!! We had an issue with our XC90 come up on a Friday afternoon before the Labor Day Holiday this year and Josh was able to get us a loaner for class!!! We had an issue with our XC90 come up on a Friday afternoon before the Labor Day Holiday this year and Josh was able to get us a loaner for the 3 day weekend and fix the issue immediately the following business day. We are so satisfied and will continue to only work with Culver City Volvo Cars!! More
