I brought the car (an Electric Vehicle) in to check on its Lane Assist feature. I felt that it wasn't calibrated (if that's even a thing?) correctly since it bounces the car from side to side when activat its Lane Assist feature. I felt that it wasn't calibrated (if that's even a thing?) correctly since it bounces the car from side to side when activated. Nikki (the service rep - who is great, by the way...) took the info and put it on my repair ticket. When I picked the car up, the results were very sad. The result of my ticket says the problem with my car was? "The lane assist feature wasn't turned on". OK... Two big problems with this diagnosis: 1) If the technician read my ticket's complaint, s/he would have known the feature was "on" (not "off"), since my complaint was that it was working, just seemingly not calibrated well. (If it "off" then it COULDN'T bounce the car back and forth at all). 2) It shows a lack of knowledge on the operation (and perhaps by extension the repairing) of this vehicle because s/he would then have known that the Lane Assist Feature must be actuated EVERY time you start the car. So yes, it was "off" when s/he began to work on it since the car automatically turns it off! So, missing what the repair complaint was about AND missing the controls for the normal operation of this car... Doesn't engender faith to bring my car here for repairs. More
