My worst ever experience at a dealership. Lied to by everyone I dealt with. Terrible customer service. Everything was great until three days I bought a brand new 2018 Nissan Versa, I was told with my car I will have gap insurance that I never received and I was not told that until I was sig I bought a brand new 2018 Nissan Versa, I was told with my car I will have gap insurance that I never received and I was not told that until I was signing the papers (I had to ask him at that) after I was told I would have the gap insurance!!! & It’s been three days of me having the brand new car I have yet to hear back from anyone about the gap insurance and when I tried to get a hold of someone I’m told that I will be called back just to hear from no one. I have a cosigner & when I checked my information ( I noticed this before I even left the dealership but I was told that that’s not true it’s just the way the papers came out ) Just to xxxxing find out my cosigner is the primary buyer and I am the cosigner it would’ve been nice to know that I bought someone else a brand new first car. This Dealership isn’t xxxx nothing different from rest. More
