No complaints Josh Patterson was the best salesman that I have ever worked with. We live about 50 miles from the dealership. My wife will not drive in Orlando, an Josh Patterson was the best salesman that I have ever worked with. We live about 50 miles from the dealership. My wife will not drive in Orlando, and since we didn't trade-in a car, we needed to get both cars home. Josh said "No problem", and delivered the car to our door. Fantastic customer service. More

Rocky to Relief Begin car shopping process by having interest in Buick Encore. However, we looked at all of the others before visiting this dealer. This dealer allows Begin car shopping process by having interest in Buick Encore. However, we looked at all of the others before visiting this dealer. This dealer allows the sales personnel to catch you when car door opens. This is not so comfortable. Due to some unfortunate circumstances with original sale person the dealer replaced him with Josh Patterson who my wife loved! He walked her through the features and she understood. Sam Brutus was very busy but took the time to fix the situation that occurred. Otherwise we would have left and purchased a Nissan. Hector Jimenez came through as well. The sales person in question is not identified below as I will leave it to the dealIership to handle. Without Sam diffusing we would have left. Wife had went to truck. More
