The service was outstanding. While driving through the area we had a blowout. After putting on the spare we noticed it was good for only a few miles. We located Gastonia dealersh While driving through the area we had a blowout. After putting on the spare we noticed it was good for only a few miles. We located Gastonia dealership and went straight there. We were greeted with a big smile. Remember, it was closing time, but Josh and the people at Gastonia were willing to help and they did just that. Where can you find an identical tire at closing time size 22 for my vehicle? Well, they had one for me and a bag of popcorn. Those guys in the service department are OUTSTANDING!👏 More

Communication was horrible. I will not return for service unless it is related to my last service. My vehicle had to be dropped off and was suppose to be there 2-3 days for a st I will not return for service unless it is related to my last service. My vehicle had to be dropped off and was suppose to be there 2-3 days for a stated repair. It was there 7 days I think, and I had to call more than once for updates and my service person would not call me back. They did something entirely different and at no point reached out to tell me what they were doing. The problem is still not fixed but it is bearable at the moment. More
