I did my research, Josh was great. I already knew the exact car I wanted so I test drove it and a few other cars from other dealerships. I hate the car buying process but Josh made it I already knew the exact car I wanted so I test drove it and a few other cars from other dealerships. I hate the car buying process but Josh made it easy. The financing portion however was like pulling teeth by nagging me when I didn't buy all the upgrades. His summary of the agreements were incorrect. Everything was intentionally high pressure to sign it without reading and even when taking time to read saying "wow, you really think we're out to get ya'" or "do you really want to go up against Morrie's 15 lawyers?" I wasn't trying to do anything except fully contemplate the agreements but in his mind that should take less than 3 seconds. The whole financing experience was unnecessarily confrontational. At the end of the day it reflects on the dealership, their employee training, and I'm guessing their incentive structure that pushes employees to hard sell. More
