Took our 2021 Expedition in for warranty work and as told over the phone they would provide a service car since the work would take 3 days. When my wife dropped the SUVv off she was told the service departme over the phone they would provide a service car since the work would take 3 days. When my wife dropped the SUVv off she was told the service department didn’t have any more cars and they would have Uber take her to a rental car company down the road. Three days later when we came back to your dealership we were told the $300 rental car bill was ours to pay. Take a look at your records and you will see we have purchased over 100k in cars at your dealership since 2014. I also purchased a F-250 2 weeks after this whole issue. Needless to say I purchased it at another dealership. More
