Purchased my Saab a year and a half ago and specifically asked if they would work on it in the future. I asked the service manager specifically and he said absolutely. I brought it in last week and was told they don't have the equipment to work on Saabs. I was charged over $200 for the service inspection and when I requested that be waived as they did not meet what they said they would do and couldn't fix it anyway, they rejected my request. I originally went to this store to buy a Santa Fe and once I get my Saab fixed, I will sell it and go back to looking at a Santa Fe but it definitely won't be at this dealership. I couldn't be more disappointed and would give zero stars if that was an option More
