Had a great experience working with Emily and Josh when getting a car for my daughter who had the misfortune of having her car totaled. The accident happened out of state at college and, as we were terribl getting a car for my daughter who had the misfortune of having her car totaled. The accident happened out of state at college and, as we were terribly crunched for time having flown her home for the weekend for the sole purpose of getting a car, Emily and Josh supported us with the patience needed to test drive 2 different models, as well as navigating the lease/buy options. We left happy in a new Forester and she made it safely back to school the next day. So grateful for the service we received and have already recommended Heritage Subaru Owings Mills! More
