Chris was very helpful in answering any questions we had about the buying process, the availability of the specific model and color were wanted and the pricing of the vehicle. Josh was very willing to explain the forms and "paperwork" (most of it electronic) that needed to be completed for the purchase. I have always found this portion of the process to be painful but Josh was patient and personable. Both Chris and Josh were friendly and professional.
