I went to the dealer for a regular oil change. However, I checked the car lot for new 2022 vehicles. Also, it was a pleasure to work with my same Finance Manager, Josh Jones, from my previous Subaru purchase for my other Subaru vehicles. He came over to say hello and answer any questions. He was very friendly and helpful to make my car buying experience painless. He presented the additional vehicle options and pricing and explained all the aspects of the finalization of my vehicle purchase. In my search for a new vehicle, I found Heritage Subaru and emailed Alex Laderer. I should preface, I am not new to buying new cars, especially a Subaru. I've honestly lost track, but somewhere in the neighborhood of eight or nine new in the last 15 years for myself and my family (for a magnitude of different reasons). During my search, I contacted nearly 10 dealerships in Maryland, Delaware, and Pennsylvania. Some I've worked with in the past, and others that had the 2023 Outback Limited I wanted on their lot. Heritage came back with not only the best new car pricing, but trade allowance, too. With that said, while so important, price isn't everything in purchasing new cars. Alex, and everyone at Heritage, made this easily one of the top three purchasing experiences in my life. It wasn't hard, nor complicated, or even stressful. Even more so, something I've witnessed at other dealerships is bait and switch games. Alex stuck to his numbers. Not to mention, there were zero issues, surprises at delivery. Alex was quick to communicate by email, never breached any rules I created, and delivered exceptional service to a very loyal Subaru customer. He understood exactly what I wanted and made sacrifices to reach those desires without any question. At delivery, I was in an out in nearly record time and wasted no time. Another gold star to Josh Jones in financing for his attention to detail and professionalism. In the end, I cannot think of one thing I wish Alex, or Heritage Subaru, could have done better. I have realistic expectations and know this is a business. However, this is also a buyers market and I can take my business anywhere. Alex and Heritage Subaru made zero mistakes and assured me that I made the right choice this time around. I was doing some car shopping and wanted an SUV. I booked an appointment for a test drive at Heritage Subaru, and was impressed by the great service by Emily and Josh. Emily was very helpful and answered all of my questions patiently regarding SUVs including other models that they had and their second hand car stock availability as well. She also gave me a tour of the service area and introduced to me the people who usually does the car servicing. Everyone is very friendly and nice. I felt at home coming here. Josh carefully explained to me about their available car warranties and other add ons that they had. He also answered all of my questions and made sure i understood all of it. Overall, very good experience. I ended up buying the Subaru Crosstrek on the very same day. More
