We have owned several Subaru’s and have had great purchasing experiences at one of the sister stores. Since Herritage is now more convenient for us now, we decided to make a visit. From the onset I realized that she would be a great person to work with on our next purchase. She did not disappoint. Mei Kei answered all my questions and there were plenty. Mei Keis responses were prompt and informative. She has outstanding Subaru knowledge and the patience to go into detail. Mei Kei related very well to this 65 year old as well with my 35 year old son who joined me during my purchasing experience. This experience was truly outstanding. It is a process but she made it as seamless as possible. One day in and out and we are happy with our Camry. But one soon finds she is diligently dedicated to her craft. She assiduously learns every detail of the models she sells, understands the buying process from both sides of the sales desk, and deals with her customers with absolute respect, avoiding even a hint of puffery or duplicity (and as a federal judge, I am quite accustomed to recognizing both!) They did not have my color preference available, so they drove to another dealer in Virginia to pick it up for me. I bought the CrossTrek for my dog (and me, but especially our slightly spoiled old lady) and she and I are thoroughly enjoying our trips to the park and Starbucks.
