As elders who wanted all the safety features, but who are intimidated by the technical capabilities, Mei Kei patiently walked us through each and every feature. Her explanations were clear and easy to understand even for us non-techies. Mei Kei clearly knows Subarus inside and out as she answered each question with confident expertise. Dealing with someone who is knowledgeable, courteous, honest and with a delightfully warm and friendly personality capped our already positive experience! Mei Kei even stayed 2 hours after closing to give us the keys and escort us to our new car! We’ll drive the hour it takes to Heritage Subaru for our next car and we’ll definitely ask for Mei Kei! More

We have owned several Subaru’s and have had great purchasing experiences at one of the sister stores. Since Herritage is now more convenient for us now, we decided to make a visit. From the onset I realized that she would be a great person to work with on our next purchase. She did not disappoint. Mei Kei answered all my questions and there were plenty. Mei Keis responses were prompt and informative. She has outstanding Subaru knowledge and the patience to go into detail.
