Although I have been raised in the auto industry since I was born, I have worked at Northside Lexus since the age of 16. Since then, I have worked in our body shop as a porter and painter's helper, in our service department as a valet, in our sale sales department as an assistant, and in our technology department as a Lexus Technology Specialist. I have been selling new and pre-owned vehicles since July of 2014 and have been salesman of the year for each consecutive year since 2016. I have said for years that "there are three friends everyone needs to have- a lawyer friend, a doctor friend, and a car friend." I am excited to be your car friend!

It started with a phone call for me, from a family referral to the GM David, who then put me in contact with Josh. My deal was handled all by phone & Josh was always readily available to take my call even on his day off. He had answers & if he didn’t have the answer he got the answer quickly. Communication 100% | Timeliness 100% | Informative 100% | Personable & Relatable 100%. Josh had the vehicle prepared and ready for me when I arrived to their dealership- I drove 4.5 hours to buy a car from this dealership and the experience was wonderful! Easy, fast and thorough from sales to the finance office where Caleb had all the details ready the moment I arrived. Thank you David, Josh and Caleb for a seamless follow through. Another BIG thank you to Thiam who was the teacher of technology specialist……she was incredible and knows the product well- personable and so helpful. Joshua Keough is absolutely amazing and made my experience very easy and pleasant. I came in for a service appt and was assisted by Micheal Guan who was excellent with great customer service. While waiting, I wanted to ask a few questions about the upcoming ending of the lease on my RC 300. I met with Joshua, and not only did he help me find my next vehicle, but I drove it off the lot the same day! He was very friendly, knowledgeable and straight forward and I appreciate all that he done to help me. He will forever be my go-to guy when I am ready for something new!!! Clayton Lewis in finance was amazing as well and explained everything thoroughly and answered any questions I truly had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend Northside Lexus to anyone.
