I want to write a review, because of someone that goes the extra, extra mile at northside Lexus. I didn’t know how to work the different features on my new car, I called Char Pham, and she returned my cal the extra, extra mile at northside Lexus. I didn’t know how to work the different features on my new car, I called Char Pham, and she returned my call each time, and took the stress away when I had problems of not knowing what to do. I had many questions each time I call, but she patiently walked me through of what to do.(and said don’t worry, no problem, it’s ok). Northside Lexus you have a star ⭐️ that works there..
