Joshua was very helpful and professional. He was very knowledgeable as a Toyota owner himself and could address the differences between my older model Corolla that I had sold a year ago and He was very knowledgeable as a Toyota owner himself and could address the differences between my older model Corolla that I had sold a year ago and the newer model Corolla I was looking to buy. He didn’t pressure me unnecessarily and he was fair when discussing pricing. He was very patient when test driving and answering questions about the car even after I purchased it. He made sure all of my requests were considered and honored where feasible. As a woman buying on my own, I felt very comfortable working with Joshua, so much so that I’ll be getting my Toyota serviced at Lou Fusz using the service advisor he recommended rather than my prior Toyota service center.
