Very professional and focused on the customer’s needs. They did not add market adjustments. The internet price advertised was the price I paid. Delivery time was accurate and all instrumentation was connected and explained in detail. I actually felt like I was being taken care of and not handled. Add on equipment and service plans were explained very clearly but not pushed on me. My associate, Joshua McEwan actually asked me a lot of questions about my needs and plans for my Tacoma, before recommending which trim level to buy. Josh was straightforward and prompt in answering my many questions. I had a delay in shipping, and he let me know 20 minutes within his shift that we had to reschedule.
