Had to call multiple times to make sure my car would get shipped to another island after I purchased it with cash had to wait 2 hours to pay the cash and then when I followed up for my registration and title being that it's two months from the time I purchased it receive no email back no phone call back and then I get a call from my bank saying that Honolulu Ford wants them to be on the title as lien holder despite my paying cash and a cashier check for the car. Totally unacceptable and a lack of professionalism. More
