This is a copy of my previous google review: Just got off the lot with a cx30 preferred. I was looking for a new car since my original one was totaled. Overall, Josh really was patient with me and helped off the lot with a cx30 preferred. I was looking for a new car since my original one was totaled. Overall, Josh really was patient with me and helped me a lot throughout the process looking for a new car. In addition, the finance manager was very pleasant to work with. However, I was a little irked due to my original pre order being pushed two months from when I originally ordered. Given the current times, this is fine but I feel like they should reach out when the ETAs change significantly. I had to call to know the ETA. I will update my review when I go for service and picking up the plates More

Jim and his team are the epitome of customer service and have set the car buying experience to the highest level. The entire process was easy and informative. Never felt pressured, the dealership is beautiful and the staff is amazing. On top of the great people, Tustin Mazda does not add cost to their cars in any shape or form which is a blessing in today's world. The buying process at Tustin Mazda was great. Josh is a great sales person and listened to what we were looking. We appreciated Josh knowledge of the different trims of the CX-9s and being to get Josh is a great sales person and listened to what we were looking.
