I came to the United States of America in September 2007 from my motherland, Thailand, for a cultural exchange program. It's a big decision I made for myself to be here without knowing anyone. I got into the automotive industry after I graduated MBA from Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio in 2012. I have a passion for diversity, travel, food, and music. Easy Squeezy Although I had narrowed down my choices to 2 vehicles (3 trims total), I still dreaded the actual process of buying a new car, something I hadn't done Although I had narrowed down my choices to 2 vehicles (3 trims total), I still dreaded the actual process of buying a new car, something I hadn't done since last century (thanks to the reliability of my Honda Civic.) Josie allowed me to pursue my own choices and options. She provided information for what I was interested in and answered every question I had. I never felt pressured to make a decision and once I was ready to "pull the trigger," Josie and Roush made it very easy and convenient. I love my new CR-V and am glad I got it from Josie at Roush Honda. More

Friendly, attentive, and professional I had my last car for twelve years, so I hadn't been to a car dealership in a while. Josie made me feel at ease and was very patient in answering all I had my last car for twelve years, so I hadn't been to a car dealership in a while. Josie made me feel at ease and was very patient in answering all my questions. She went on two test drives with me and was truly interested in finding the car that was right for me. She even picked me up at my house when I came in to finalize the deal -- because it was cold and I didn't have my old car. With the paperwork and official business, Mike Dunlap went beyond the call of duty, effectively making sure everything was in order. He is efficient, dedicated, and very oriented toward working with the customer. More

Odyssey buying made simple!!! We got better online quotes from Joise before hand and when visited the Roush, its very friendly and comfortable atmosphere around. Lee come to assist We got better online quotes from Joise before hand and when visited the Roush, its very friendly and comfortable atmosphere around. Lee come to assisted us and he asked few simply question to know what we are looking for and he arranged a test drive with in few minutes for what we may be interested most. He guided us through all the paper work and loan approval process wit out any hassle. He is very helpful and he has very good knowledge about what he is selling and he explained all the basic features and driver friendly techies in the car.
