This response is laughable. Because not only did i speak with felipe the service manager but i spoke with charlie personally on multiple occasions and instead of helping me they both gave me the cold shoulder. And when i decided to just pick up the car because i couldn't afford the $4400 they were asking for not a single person apologized or said "sorry we couldn't help you more." This dealership screwed me over big time with this car. Now I'm in the process of getting a lawyer which oddly is more affordable than getting the car fixed.
