However, since moving to the area within the past year, my recent visit to Treasure Coast Lexus didn't meet expectations. While Linda?, who handles phone inquiries, was courteous, my interaction with the service advisor fell short. Despite assurances of timely scheduling, I had to follow up over a week later. Despite dropping off my car on a Friday with hopes of completion by Monday, I received a delay notification on Tuesday, citing dashboard complexities. Despite requesting no courtesy wash, my car was washed, compromising its ceramic layer. Additionally, upon driving home, I discovered the radio antenna wire wasn't plugged in, necessitating an immediate return to the dealership. Despite the pleasant facility ambiance, this initial experience was disappointing, particularly due to the repeated false assurances.
