Called ahead and Richard had the vehicle ready for a test drive. Richard was very polite and knowledgeable. After deciding to make the purchase the transaction was very smooth. I also want to recognize my service writer, Ed Barnes, who did an excellent job communicating with me and getting the problems resolved. It’s easy for a dealership to treat you well when they’re trying to sell you a vehicle.
