I didn't interact much with the individual that brought my paper work. I parked my car while the cars in front of me, in each line, were talking to a service member. I went in to drop off my belongings, wh my paper work. I parked my car while the cars in front of me, in each line, were talking to a service member. I went in to drop off my belongings, when I came back out, everyone was still assisting customers but I was skipped. I asked a gentleman sitting down in a gray shirt could he help me, he stated one of the others would help me. I mentioned how I had been skipped and he still didn't assist. He simply got up and looked to see if the other were busy. I stated "I just need an oil change. I was skipped when I went to put my belongings down. Can you please tell one of them I just need an oil change?", and I advised I had a meeting starting in a few moments I needed to prepare for. After about 7-10 minutes, the service gentleman came in, I identified my car, he advised of the service specials, I advised of my package, he took my signature, and that was my only interaction with him. When I was advised my car was ready by another gentleman, I got in my car and drove to the next light. Immediately the oil change notification came on in my car. This is the SECOND time my settings were not reset after an oil change. Luckily, this time I hadn't gotten to far. I turned around and pulled back up into the service area, I said "excuse me" to someone in a black shirt, from my car, and was immediately dismissed and advised someone would be with me. Jaylen came around the corner and saw the look on my face and asked how he could help. He reset my notifications in my car. He was also the person who reset it last visit and had a talk with service about not putting items back in my glove compartment; following a service that required my wheel lock. I switched over to Metro from Lewisville to give it a chance. I am EXTREMELY disappointed with the service so far. I will start going back to Lewisville for service and will never purchase a car from Metro anymore! More

Experience here after coming multiple times for the same issue has been extremely infuriating and has wasted so much of my time. I believe I’ve spent around two whole days here with something that should’ve issue has been extremely infuriating and has wasted so much of my time.
