OWNER JOHN CHRISTOPHER LATE AKA CHRISTOPHER LATE OF THE LATE FAMILY CAR I MEAN CON ARTISTS Financing Bank, ATFCU WORST FINANCING INSTITUTION EVER!!!! Prepared for: Sean William McCabe Co-Signer: Jose Manuel Pantaleon Location: Austin, Texas 1. TRANSACTION OVERVIEW Purchase of 2025 VW TAOS, NOT WORTH IT!!! Down payment of $8,500.00 cash Transaction executed via electronic signature platform Trade-in vehicle included in deal One signer (Pantaleon) signed remotely while at work Primary purchaser remained at dealership approximately 7.5 hours Complete contract not provided at time of execution 2. DOCUMENT DELIVERY FAILURES Full contract copies were not provided at signing. Repeated requests for documentation were delayed or ignored. Final document package was not obtained until January 16, 2026. Documents were delivered via thumb drive only after in-person demand. 45-minute delay occurred before release of documents. Vehicle disposition and funding actions appear to have occurred before full contract delivery. 3. SIGNATURE IRREGULARITIES One electronic signature was created by Pantaleon Multiple materially different visual versions of that signature appear across contract pages. Signatures appear on documents not viewed in real time. Signature timestamps do not align consistently with signer availability. Some signatures reflect execution dates inconsistent with claimed transaction dates. Audit trail documentation provided by dealership appears incomplete. Standard electronic signature activity logs (IP, device data, page tracking) were omitted in the version provided. Discrepancies exist between signature presentation and normal e-signature workflow formatting. 4. DOWN PAYMENT DISCREPANCIES $8,500.00 cash provided. Final documents do not consistently reflect full $8,500.00 credit. Allocation of down payment not clearly itemized. No ledger reconciliation provided. No written breakdown showing application of funds to: Vehicle price Add-ons Warranty products Fees 5. TRADE-IN IRREGULARITIES Trade-in documentation not fully disclosed at signing. Dealership later stated additional signature required to finalize trade-in. Clarification of required document not provided. Trade-in vehicle was sold or disposed of while: Signature authenticity was disputed Contract validity concerns were raised No verified proof provided showing legally valid authorization prior to sale. Trade-in valuation documentation lacks full disclosure transparency. 6. FINANCING ISSUES Financing routed through multiple third-party lenders. Multiple lender non-approval or rejection notices received. Financing terms appear to have been restructured or re-submitted. Customer was not provided consolidated financing disclosure packet. Loan funding appears to have proceeded despite unresolved signature disputes. Bank(s) received documentation that customer had not yet reviewed. No written reconciliation explaining discrepancies between dealer submission and lender response. 7. TIMESTAMP AND EXECUTION DATE DISCREPANCIES E-signature timestamp (e-stamp) reflects execution date different from certain contract print dates. Some signature pages reflect dates inconsistent with initial claimed signing date. Funding timeline appears misaligned with document delivery timeline. Documentation suggests potential post-execution document processing. 8. VERSION CONTROL AND RECORD DISCREPANCIES Multiple versions of contract documents exist. No certification confirming documents provided match those executed. Final contract package appears compiled after execution. Some pages reflect formatting inconsistencies across the same contract. Audit documentation incomplete compared to standard e-signature reporting format. 9. COMMUNICATION RECORD Early concerns raised with financing bank, ATFCU DO NOT BANK WITH THEM Bank contacted dealership directly after concerns raised. Great Atlas and GREAT sales experience! I spent several months considering a new car for my family of five. After initially not knowing what I wanted and doing quite a bit of research and test driving, I was able to narrow it down to the VW Atlas. In spite of knowing what I now wanted, it was also important to me to get the specific trim and package details I wanted and at a price that was good for my family's budget. Fortunately, I began working with Juan Amaro in the early stages of my search. He was immensely patient with me as a considered multiple car options and allowed me to test drive numerous times, including a time with my full family (with 3 children 5 and under). He walked me through the trim packages and helped me find the car I wanted. When they did not have the exact configuration in stock, he worked with his amazing sales manager, Pedro Gallardo, to find one for me. I spent a couple of months determining if and when I was ready to purchase the car, and during that time I never felt any pressure to buy or to make a decision I wasn't ready for. Simultaneously, when I was ready to finally commit to making a deal, Juan worked closely with Pedro to get me a very good deal and get the car I wanted within just two days. He maintained excellent communication with me, provided me with direct information on price and purchase details, and never made me feel as though I had to make a decision I wasn't happy with. The entire negotiation process felt extremely above-board, and I was able to walk away with a car I love while feeling like I made an excellent deal. Beyond that, I felt really pleased with the car purchasing experience. It had none of the sales-pressure, icky-feeling that often comes with this process. To the contrary, Juan went out of his way to be available before and after hours and to champion all of my requests. I could not speak more highly of Juan or of Pedro in this process. After buying other cars and going to another VW dealer to negotiate, I can absolutely say this was the best sales experience I have ever had. I am grateful for my experience and would recommend Charles Maund VW, and Juan Amaro without any hesitation. If you are even considering a VW, please go here and make sure to ask for Juan. More
