Q was our salesperson. She and Grace greeted and treated me well in the parking lot. I was not dressed nicely as I just turned into the lot on a lark. Nevertheless, they treated me hospitably and offered me some well needed water on the scorching day. Q drove me around, listened to my wants, and found the truck that met my needs. Q was not pushy, but she made it clear that she would like to see me get what I wanted. I met her manager, Isaac, who was also very kind and welcoming. My wife and I came back to make a deal. Juan, the finance manager, helped us with insurance, paperwork, and warranty without pressure. We drove home very happy. Q made the whole buying experience make us want to recommend her and Ferman Chevrolet to our friends. More

Went car shopping for my first car, knew exactly what I wanted & had bad luck at Brandon Toyota. So glad I did though because I pulled into Ferman Chevy and got my Toyota Rav4 in no time! The process was v wanted & had bad luck at Brandon Toyota. So glad I did though because I pulled into Ferman Chevy and got my Toyota Rav4 in no time! The process was very smooth, Josh was very kind and helpful. This was my first time buying from a high volume dealership and he was able to explain the process and walk me through it in a way that I still felt comfortable and in control. Was able to get the deal I wanted thanks to Josh and pulled out of their in my new car happier then ever!! Also a huge shoutout to Juan in financing department who was able to explain the more complicated side of things in an easy and understanding way. Will be recommending anyone I know towards Ferman Chevrolet! More
