Mixed review Visit was to have what was essentially a recall to a transmission repaired. Dealer was unable to do the repair for 2 to 3 months. No Chevy dealer cou Visit was to have what was essentially a recall to a transmission repaired. Dealer was unable to do the repair for 2 to 3 months. No Chevy dealer could do the repairs in less than 2 to 3 months. No loaner vehicle was available. Car was not safe to drive. Dealer was fast enough to offer to sell another vehicle. Problem is that due to the transmission issues that they were responsible for, they gave less than value as a trade in. The dealer was saved the cost of the repair, was saved the cost of a loaner, but could low ball the value. More

Some new kid took care me you could tell he was new bu it was ok, got the car all dirty they didn't do a good job cleaning it, ask some questions but the supposed manager didn't act to interest it, didn't fe was ok, got the car all dirty they didn't do a good job cleaning it, ask some questions but the supposed manager didn't act to interest it, didn't feel to welcome been a customer with Chevy for the las 7 years with great credit I don't know doubt it if will go there for my next car. Although the sale & finance areas were great I have to say I am disappointed with the cleanliness of the car I know the car was bought used but I keep finding more things such as old French fries under my say I am disappointed with the cleanliness of the car I know the car was bought used but I keep finding more things such as old French fries under my seat & children’s toys under passenger seat.
