She dealt with my awkward and embarrassing tears and helped me deal with my tough decision (without judgment) to pivot from a car that just was too expensive for me at the moment t something that was more practical for my budget and family. She did all of this without making me feel bad or like I didn’t deserve to be there. For that I will forever grateful. Buying a car is stressful, but my car was very old and it was time.
