Joshua quickly responded to an issue I raised and did so with genuine concern. He spent a great deal of time and effort addressing my issue in the sale, and frankly went so above and beyond that his service with genuine concern. He spent a great deal of time and effort addressing my issue in the sale, and frankly went so above and beyond that his service is nothing less than truly amazing. He is the general manager for Five Star Ford and easily could have handed this off to subordinates, but he personally took ownership of meeting the issue. He was kind and generous to me and I am grateful to have met and gotten to know him in addition to the sales experience. My family and I have been FSF customers for over 20 years, and Joshua is the prime example of why we return to this dealership. More

Amazing experience coming to Five Star Ford. Best decision made when purchasing a new vehicle. Crystal and her team managed to take my trade in, and put me in a new vehicle with ease. Pretty much went as so - (arrive, say what I want to accomplish, and that’s it. Next thing I know I’m walking out with a new ride) can’t say enough about this dealership. Very clean and welcoming place to be. The staff were all nice and ready to assist you with just about anything you needed. I will definitely be coming back to this dealer and going through Crystal and her team. Thank you Five Star Ford. More

I bought the Chevrolet Traverse cash. I had problems the very next day. I took it back two days later thinking I could make it but nope. Seemed like an easy fix, the next day I sat there all day with my six very next day. I took it back two days later thinking I could make it but nope. Seemed like an easy fix, the next day I sat there all day with my six kids while they fixed it they bought us lunch and all seemed ok. I left and went straight home. Missing work for the day. I wake up the next morning to start working and got to the freeway to try to follow the flow of traffic to only have the engine reduced light come on going 40 in a 65. Six kids plus my one month old all in harms way. I drive the 10 miles to the dealership in the slow lane with my hazards on. Praying everything will be ok. I was told it would be fixed. Fixed it was not I’m still dealing with this. My heart goes out to any single mom trying to make life better, there are still some good people in the world. I seemed to only have encountered a few at this dealership! I’ve been back and forth and for what I paid $8000 and I’m coming out of pocket for repairs and no one seems to care or understand. It’s heart wrenching and better days are sure to come!! Please be careful and aware of who you’re buying from! Update: fourth time bringing my car in for repairs and the issue still isn’t fixed.just being given the run around for patch work instead of fixing the problem. I’ve been to auto zone four times ignition switch issue and was told yesterday by the same guy it’s an ignition switch issue. Just to be treated like a woman who knows nothing about cars. The dealer rep tells me they’ve repaired it and have put the paperwork in the car. Stated to me that something had gotten wet in the fuse box and the fuse was replaced. Not an ignition issue like being told 3 times prior. At wits end and I’m without a vehicle and they aren’t helping me with a loaner the dealer rep says no loaners are available anywhere in the state of Texas at the moment. More
