Ron performed an oil change and did fine but I requested another issue to look into and instead of thoroughly investigating the possible causes he just assumed it was an electrical issue when it was a fuse. another issue to look into and instead of thoroughly investigating the possible causes he just assumed it was an electrical issue when it was a fuse. If I had followed his recommendation I would have been paying a lot more money either at Toyota or elsewhere. Very disappointed that there was no voltage testing or checked fuse. That is just plain laziness. A family member just tested it and replaced fused and it fixed the issue. More

Went there for oil change but they didn't have the correct oil for my 2000 4Runner. I talked to the service manager and he said he could use the oil over the counter from the parts department to servi correct oil for my 2000 4Runner. I talked to the service manager and he said he could use the oil over the counter from the parts department to service my truck but I would have to pay additional for that because he didn't have the oil in bulk. When I got my bill I was charged $20 more than the last time I had the same oil service. Very disappointed in my experience and I'll be going to a different Toyota dealership from now on. More

I’ve been going to this Toyota dealer since I purchased my first RAVE4 in 2008. I had all service on that vehicle done there even after the warranty was up. On May 15th 2023 I returned to buy another RAV4. my first RAVE4 in 2008. I had all service on that vehicle done there even after the warranty was up. On May 15th 2023 I returned to buy another RAV4.
